Our School is proud to present to you our new online program: Enneagram for Beginners

In addition to our highly acclaimed Certification in Enneagram Coaching, here there is an opportunity, for those of you who are not interested in becoming fully certified coaches, but still want to go deeply into mastering personality types through the Enneagram.

What will this certification give me?

You will learn:

• How to identify each of the nine personality types.

• What is the potential of each type.

• How the different types behave under stress, so you can anticipate their reactions and know how to deal with them at every situation - instead of applying “one size fits all” strategies

• What to do/what not to do with each of the types.

• Body language and speaking style to quickly read each type.

Who is this program for?

• Therapists – to identify the personality type of their patients and adjust the course of the therapy accordingly.

• Coaches – to avoid the “one size fits all”, simplistic approach to coaching.

• HR professionals - to assign the right people to the right jobs.

• Managers – to understand how to hire, motivate and develop each of their employees, build complementary teams and know how to solve conflicts.

• Parents – to understand that kids are different and should be parented according to their particular personalities.

• Couples – to discover in which form your partner complements you so you stop living frustrated and “resigned”, and instead synergize and celebrate your differences.

How does it work?

• Simple! The course is completely online and consists of 9 filmed modules, one for each Enneagram type. You watch the modules on your own, complete the homeworks, and receive personal feedback from our founders and directors, internationally acclaimed Enneagram authors Yechezkel and/or Ruth Madanes. After completing the nine homeworks, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion.
